Configuration of MRP

General

• Auto name System Drive
  • MRP will enable auto rename the drive label to 'Windows_EdtionName' et, if used.
• Remove '-Shortcut' form icons
  • Remove the '-shortcut' reference.
• Reset majority of Explorer view 'Group By' to 'none'
  • This resets the majority of Explorer view's 'Group By' to 'none' instead of 'Today', 'Yesterday' etc.
• Use Separate Process for 'Explorer.exe' file
  • This uses a separate Process for the Explorer.exe file.

Extras

• Enable 'Take Ownership' Context Menu
  • This enables the 'Take Ownership' Context Menu entry. This version will pause after completion of the operation to allow the user to check for any errors etc.

Win 8.x/1x Kernel General Options

• Disable 'Look for App in Store to open this file'
  • Prevents the option to look in the Store for an App to open a file with.
• Hide 'Favorites' folder on the Navigation Pane
  • Hide 'Favorites' folder on Navigation Pane.
• Temporarily turn off internet during OOBE
  • Allows the creation of a Local/Offline user account as it turns off the WiFi/LAN connections temporarily during OOBE. A reboot later may be required to turn connections back on or re-enable manually if they not automatically re-enable.

Win 1x {1}

• Prevent OneDrive form installing
  • Prevent OneDrive installing after setup. Also removes the redundant shortcut form the Start Menu, if present.
• Disable 'Edit with Paint3d' (Context Menu)
  • Removes the " Edit with Paint3D' Context Menu entry, {not the App}.
• Disable 'News and Interests' Feeds
  • This disables the 'News and Interests' feeds.
• Disable All 'Feeds'
  
  • This disables majority of all feeds.
• Remove M$ Edge's shortcuts
  • Removes Edge's shortcuts from the desktop etc.

Win 1x {2}

• Prevent 'Microsoft Edge' from automatically starting
  • Prevents Edge from automatically opening when first connected online. Also reduce its telemetry footprint.
• Add 'User Folder' to Explorer Nav Pane
  • Adds the Users Folder to the Explorer's Navigation Pane.

1x Apps

• Remove ALL possible 'Safe' Applications
  • Exept Photos

Win 11

• Force Local instead of Online Account
• Add 'End Task' Right-Click Item On The TaskBar
  • Adds the 'End' Task' Right-Click item to any running app, program or window on the Task Bar.
